I live in Grimes with my two daughters and our golden retriever, Penny. My career has been in communication and leadership across the for-profit, nonprofit, and government sectors. Community involvement is important to me, and I try to model that for my kids.

Recently, I've volunteered on the PTO at their school, helping on the district's community for recruiting and retaining teachers and students, and coaching youth activities.
